We wanted the name of our project to reflect a promise. A promise to support positive, protective agriculture.
Beyond organic farming, we work hand in hand with those who are committed to reason and reasonableness: reasonableness in respecting our children's land, and reasonableness with their animals.
We honor the men and women who feed us, and want to put a face on each and every one of them to support a local, respectful economy.
In the spirit of a "table d'hôtes", we build your cooked-to-measure, in-the-moment experience with what nature has to offer.
